BGFIBank SA, the head office, has taken necessary measures in terms of quality targeting first and foremost certification in compliance with ISO 9001 version 2000.
BGFIBank SA was granted ISO 9001 Certification, version 2000 in 2005 and became the leader in terms of service quality. Henceforth, the Group has stuck to quality and worked out development strategy based on quality management system in compliance with certification principles. The fact of renewing certification on the triennial basis in 2008 clearly illustrates our good expertise of quality standards.
